You retain ownership of the messages and media you send. However, to provide the Service (specifically transmission, storage, and AI-powered translation), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, translate, and transcribe your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
Our Service utilizes advanced artificial intelligence for real-time translation and transcription. You acknowledge that:
Free Tier accounts are subject to daily translation/transcription quotas. We reserve the right to limit access to AI features to prevent abuse or system overload.
Access to unlimited translations, ad-free experiences, and advanced features requires a paid subscription.
Payments are processed via third-party providers (including but not limited to Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Stripe). We do not store your complete credit card information.

The Service, including its "The Electric Nile" design system, logos, code, software, and proprietary technology, is the exclusive property of HORUSTRIX, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or authorized business use.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HORUSTRIX, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Wyoming for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
