"our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal
data. This Privacy Policy adheres to strict international standards, including the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the
developer guidelines of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. Data Collection and Usage
We practice Standard Data Minimization. We only collect data that is strictly necessary for
the functionality of the App.
2.1 Information You Provide
Account Information: When you register, we collect your Email Address
and a chosen Username. This is the minimum requirement to create a unique identity
within our secure infrastructure.
User Generated Content (UGC): This includes the text messages, audio recordings, and
images you voluntarily send.
Note: Audio and Image files are stored in our Secure Encrypted Cloud
Storage system. Access is strictly controlled via time-limited, authenticated
tokens.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device Identifiers: We identify your device to deliver critical notifications (e.g.,
Push Notifications) and to manage your secure session.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous, aggregated data regarding app performance, crash
reports, and feature usage to ensure stability.
Transaction Data: If you purchase a subscription, our Authorized Payment
Processors handle the transaction. We do not store your credit card
information on our servers.
3. App Permissions & Access
To provide our core features, we request access to sensitive device capabilities on a
"Just-in-Time" basis. You often have the right to deny or revoke these permissions at any
time.
Microphone: Required only when you actively record a voice message. We do not
listen to or record background audio.
Photo Library / Camera: Required only when you choose to send an image. We do
not scan your library in the background.
Notifications: Required to deliver real-time message alerts.
4. AI & Automated Processing
Horustrix Chat utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing
(NLP) technologies to provide features such as Real-Time Translation and Audio Transcription.
Transient Processing: Data sent to our AI processing partners is used
solely for the immediate purpose of generating the translation or transcription.
No Training: Your private messages are not used to train public AI
models.
User Consent: Automated processing features (such as Auto-Translate) are opt-in and can
be managed in your App Settings.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"). These
third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated
not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Infrastructure & Hosting: Secure global cloud providers.
Payment Processing: Industry-standard processors (e.g., Stripe, StoreKit) for secure
billing.
Advertising (Mobile Free Tier Only): We work with advertising partners (e.g., Google
AdMob) to serve ads to users on the Free Tier. These partners may collect and use your Device ID
(Advertising ID) and usage data to serve relevant ads. We comply with the IAB Transparency and Consent
Framework. For users in California (CPRA) and GDPR zones, strictly non-personalized ad options are
available via privacy settings.
6. User Safety & Content Moderation
Horustrix Chat is a safe environment. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable
content and abusive behavior.
Reporting: Users can report specific messages or other users directly within the app.
Blocking: You have the unilateral right to block any user.
Action: We review reports and take immediate action, including account suspension or
permanent bans, against users violating our Terms of Service.
7. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
7.1 Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy
Policy.
7.2 Right to Erasure (Delete Account)
You have the absolute right to delete your account at any time directly within the App Settings.
Action: Upon confirmation, your profile, authentication credentials, and personal
identifiers are purged from our active databases.
Content Removal: Messages you have sent may be retained in the recipient's chat history
(to maintain conversation integrity) but will be permanently anonymized and dissociated from your
personally identifiable information immediately upon deletion ("Ghost Mode").
8. Security
We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, including Encryption at
Rest and Encryption in Transit (TLS/SSL). However, remember that no method of
transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9.1 GDPR (EU Users)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights, including
the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data.
9.2 CCPA (California Users)
